Joe is the Founder and Chairman of Pegasus Bank. His impressive career began over five decades ago at a community bank in East Dallas. A start that led him to a pivotal role in purchasing many other community banks, creating a bank holding company that opened six new banks at the same time, and ultimately serving as both President and Vice Chairman of at least four of those institutions. Harry has served in various leadership roles throughout his career, including as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House, an advisory board member of the Michael F. Price College of Business at The University of Oklahoma, and previously as a board member of the Vickery Meadow Youth Development Foundation. He earned his degree in finance from The University of Oklahoma.
Jenny Murphey

Jenny Murphey is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. She joined the bank in 2009, and leads the Branch, Treasury Management, IT, Fraud, Digital Banking and Operations teams. Jenny began her banking career in 1997, she holds a Bachelors degree in Economics & Finance and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. In addition, she is also a Certified Treasury Professional, Accredited ACH Professional, and an Accredited Payment Risk Professional. Jenny currently serves on the Board of Directors for ePay Resources.
Alyson Trout

Alyson is the Chief Risk Officer at Pegasus Bank. Her banking career began in 2001, gaining extensive experience across various departments of a community bank and eventually finding her niche as the Compliance/BSA Officer at a $200 million bank. After moving to Texas, she worked for Jack Henry’s education group and assisted One World Bank in their core system conversion as MIS Department Manager. Additionally, she has served as a Compliance Officer, a Senior Compliance Specialist, and ensured regulatory compliance in development projects. Alyson graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
